Our products are intended to respond to the needs of those with wavy, curly, damaged, dry, chemically and/ color treated hair but work for all hair types.
Yes. However, those with very fine hair should avoid applying the mask at the roots and instead focus on the mid-length to ends of the hair and ensure the product is rinsed from the hair very thoroughly.
Valid question. If exposed to excessive heat or cold there is a chance the consistency may be altered. Luckily, that doesn’t change the product's effectiveness. Our products are all natural so it is best to store them in a cool dry area or in the fridge as they melt easily in warmer weather. While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, we recommended that they be used within 3-4 months while solid, and within 4 weeks after adding water.
We are currently shipping to the USA and Canada.
We charge a $4.95 flat rate ground shipping fee and ship orders over $60 free! This may vary somewhat for certain international orders.
For US domestic orders, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and products and reach out to us at hello@mauaorganics.com. Please also provide photos of the issue and as many details as possible so that we can look into this for you as soon as possible.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of payment. To do so, email customer support at hello@mauaorgnics.com.
